I love both the Hydrate shampoo and the conditioner. I have thick, medium-coarse wavey hair. The combination of this conditioner and the Hydrate shampoo makes my hair soft and manageble. It has the added benefit of enhancing my waves.

I used Pureology Hydrate shampoo for years. Then someone told me that the Kirkland brand at Costco was the same product so I bought that giant bottle. Within weeks my hair was dry and the texture was weird. I'm back to Pureology and have seen a difference with just one shampoo. I will never change as long as it doesn't change.
