Actually use this after you shampoo, in place of your conditioner, and then rinse it out. Definitely still shampoo beforehand because otherwise your hair will look greasy. A light oil before you dry your hair would wrap the perfect sleek look! I just found this brand because I'm 35 and my hair is getting frizzy. Really bad frizzy. You would think I was a liar if you saw how this stuff SAVED my hair. I'm obsessed with this line now! Oh and only use this once or twice a week sparingly. A little goes a long way. You will also feel some warmth but it's temporary and I thought it felt good. Iy also smells SO GOOD. Its seriously the best part of my shower. Honestly, this stuff is GOLD!

Love this! My hair feels like straw without it. You use it like shampoo. If u don’t use enough it doesn’t work. Your hair will feel like liquid silk when u have enough on. Love it!
